Hamptons House
A showcase of luxury living, this boutique freestanding home sits within the prestigious Burraneer peninsular. The mixed finishes on the front facade allows the building to achieve a contemporary Australian interpretation of classic Hamptons style.
The site in which the “Burraneer Hamptons House” is built on, shares a strata title to the home in front. The owners of which had originally envisaged this sub-division. Although the home does look as though it “belongs” nestled on the Burraneer Peninsula, it was only completed in the later months of 2018. The home also shares a right of way passage to the home further along the site. Building on a tight block did present it’s challenges, although the Boerma Brothers team completed this project in a way that kept all parties who share the driveway happy with the end result. Burraneer Hamptons House also featured several modern building innovations. These items included an internal lift, open plan kitchen living & dining & large open first floor balconies. The project was completed on time and on budget, with the clients extremely happy with the completed product.
