Positioned mere foot steps to Cronulla’s famous beaches, this beautiful duplex uses a balanced combination of modern lines and coastal accents to create the ultimate beachside haven.
“By the sand” dual occupancy is constructed on a sloping site which can present its challenges for some builders. Boerma Brothers used a conventional style of ground works to build the site up and create tiers as the duplex follows the slope of the land. The mixed use external finishes were executed perfectly to set a high standard for other dual occupancy to be built in the surrounding suburbs. The kitchen, living & dining featured four metre high ceilings accompanied by highlight windows to achieve a sunlit spacious room. The pop-up roof over the front bedrooms was an additional feature to the already amazing front façade - wide eaves with a custom gutter design that has not been featured on any other dual occupancy in the local area. The end product has resulted in two beautiful family homes, in which both separate owners are enjoying thoroughly.
